Blackboy Peach Jam
Iconic New Zealand peaches from our orchard used in a recipe of
Mother Shaw's from the New American Cookbook. A favourite with one
of our customers from Ohope!
A flavour packed treat.
Feijoa and Cardamon Jam
A great way with this wonderful New Zealand fruit. Quite chunky,
not overly sweet, and gently flavoured with the warm taste of cardamon.
Good old fashioned red plum jam.
Packed full of real fruit. Wonderful on fresh scones - with cream of course!
A beautiful jewel like clear jelly. Fragrant and flavoursome. Doubles
as the perfect glaze on french-style fruit tarts.
Chunky Lime and Ginger Marmalade
A tasty breakfast treat. Distintively different from our grapefruit
and orange marmalades. Plenty of chunky peel and gently flavoured
with preserved ginger.
A traditional New Zealand marmalade with plenty of finely sliced
rind. Not suitable for people on certain medications where grapefruit
Seville Orange Marmalade
Made from the traditional marmalade orange which originated in
Spain. This marmalade has a slightly floral perfume and flavour.
It contains plenty of finely cut peel. My pick for glazing a baked
ham - mixed with equal parts of seeded mustard.
Made with Seville oranges and some dark cane sugar to give a rich
and tasty marmalade, with Scotch whisky to add an extra flavour
dimension. Seems to appeal particularly to men!
