Preserved Lemons

An essential in my pantry. Though I store in the fridge once the jars are opened. A small amount of the finely chopped rind of these preserves adds a mellow citrus flavour to risottos, couscous, salsas and meat dishes. Wonderful with lamb. Can be used in place of fresh lemon zest in a gremolata garnish for your osso buco or lamb shanks.
Packed in 285ml jars. Average net weight 275g.
