With thanks to Barbara Kingsolver and her daughter, whose recipe
this is. Made with home grown and dried cherry tomatoes, softened
in herb vinegar, mixed with capers and fresh thyme and stored in
olive oil. One small jar holds a good punnet of cherry tomatoes!
Flavour packed and ideal for small savoury snacks and antipasto
plates. These tomatoes pair very well with our olive paste.
